Just a thought of the day

This blog is just a thought which i have in my mind these few days. Hopefully it can be useful for you guys who actually reads my blog. Enjoy!

I start with a few quotes which i really like and i kind of apply in my own life.

1st quote,

Future, Past, Present...

"Do not dwell in the past, do not dream of the future, concentrate the mind on the present moment." Buddha.

Yes, this quote was from Buddha. I was a Buddhist once before i converted into a Christian. This quote is quite powerful in a sense that it is very logical and also helps you concentrate more on what is happening in front of you and not into the distant future. Not all of you might agree with me and will most probably think about the future more because that is all that you really wanted to have in the future.

The far future city

But actually right, to have what you actually want in the future, its really how you do well in the present that will eventually decide your future. You can't possibly just dream BIG and have BIG plans if your present which is right in front of you now is still so unstable and shaky. How in the world are you going to have a bright future when all that is happening now is not even in control.

Also, we should not, and i should emphasis this part more. I repeat, we SHOULD NOT dwell on our past at all times. Yes, i know that the past will always haunt you sometimes of the day, and the past will always be there no matter what you do. Nothing can change what has been done in the past and we should not even think of the past mistakes that we have done. We should on the other hand, get our self up again and begin to walk forward and keep on moving forward and not even think of the past events. (Unless someone really invent a time machine where we can go back the the past and change the history of time and make things right. :P) In short, when we get knocked down, we should pick ourselves up again and continue to walk forward!

Time Machine?

To be continued in part II
